Good spot, nice people, did it part time for a while

Cons

Wasn’t bad just had to be in the office and I needed something remote

Pros

- Unlimited PTO - Hybrid work environment (for now) - Extra days off around major holidays - First seven months were great

Cons

- Favoritism in department (our team lost two people for budget cut reasons, but the other team in our department is still fully intact and received pay raises/promotions the day our first teammate was laid off) - Teammates cut were the ones with the experience and longevity to help troubleshoot and answer questions, and now we have no one to go to for answers and people who have been in the job less than a year are expected to be experts - Overworked due to layoffs (I've been doing the work of two people for 5+ months and there is little hope of a reprieve on the horizon) - Team is stretched very thin so there is little support
