Responsiveness: Communication was quick and clear, making it easy to get answers to my questions. Network & Reach: Being with Remax, they had access to a wide pool of listings and contacts, which helped in finding suitable options faster. Customer Service: They were approachable, transparent, and ensured I felt comfortable with decisions.

Cons

Commission Fees: As with many established firms, the service charges were slightly higher compared to independent brokers. High Workload: At times, it felt like the consultant was juggling multiple clients, leading to minor delays in updates. Corporate Approach: The process felt structured and less personalized at times, which may not suit everyone.
