Pros

xStrong Brand Recognition Being part of the RE/MAX network gives credibility. Buyers and sellers tend to trust the name, which helps in marketing and building confidence. Agent Support & Training They offer good training, coaching and administrative support for their agents. This helps less-experienced agents get up to speed more quickly. Community & Values RE/MAX Hallmark (and “Hallmark” branding) usually emphasize community involvement and ethical standards. Agents often take pride in being part of something reputable. Large Network & Resources As part of a global franchise, they have access to wide listings, marketing tools, industry connections, etc., which helps in finding clients or properties.

Cons

Cost / Fees Because of the brand and services, fees (commission splits, office overhead, marketing, etc.) can be higher. For some agents, that cuts into profits, especially when business is slow.
