      RE/MAX is always on the lookout for the latest trends and technologies to provide systems to help brokers/agents to be suceessful. The local branch is extremely on top of what those offerings are and making sure the agents know they are available and how to use them.

      It is still a lot of hard work to be successful and no one can do it for you.

      It's a good place to start if you want to work in the real estate industry, most of the managing brokers are nice to work for.

      Cons

      There's not much opportunity for growth, communication from the head office could be better and things are a little disorganized. It also feels like they aren't keeping up with current tools and trends in the industry.
