      This company was great to work for. It has a great reputation as one of the best companies for expert Realtors(R).

      Cons

      You can often get a higher commission split elsewhere, but I actually made less $ when I tried a different company with a better split because I lost all of the cold calls.

      Each Branch is Independently Owned. I used to work for Remax Select, Not everyone treats you as an equal. You will be underpaid and asked to move mountains for people that may not respect you.
