Pros

RE/MAX as a whole: -Provided CRM system [Boldtrail]; easy to use with lots of classes to help expand product skills. -Lots of training events that were free to agents, brokers, and office staff. -Partnership with Children's Miracle Network provides great ways for offices to give back to their community. RE/MAX Premier Office Great company culture Lots of opportunities for event planning.

Cons

RE/MAX Premier Office Because all RE/MAX offices are franchised, this was a 1099 position, but without the freedom of being an independent contractor. Head broker was a selling broker which meant that sometimes the line of communications were not open or delayed.
