40 years service so good company to work for. Very understanding and helpful when had time off for a health diagnoses. Training given as and when required. Good pension scheme. They recognise your achievements. My line managers very approachable. I am able to work and manage my own time

Cons

Not keeping up with industry salary in the field I work in. Limited promotional prospects.

I have work for the RAC for 9 years in December and what an amazing career it has been , I was a patrol but have recently moved in to HSE team and I love it ,would recommend a career with the RAC 100%

Cons

Working as a patrol was tough long hours lots of anti social hours and holiday can be difficult to book
