Good group of people to work with and gain good knowledge

Cons

manager of the south region takes money from you no room for career progression agency workers are on better rate 22k salary after agency and entitled to the bonus scheme which has more cons than pros you could find yourself on minimum wage for a mistake which is out of your hands if your going to do vehicle inspections for the rac make sure it isnt a bca site based

Coding can be a bit basic at times No Technical Lead, only Senior Devs Comparing AA website to RAC you will notice AA's is a lot cleaner w/better security
