Pros
Easy job, I worked there for 7 years and each day was different to the rest. It’s not a repetitive role. You learn a lot about the patrols that physically go out to customers that have broken down and understand the common fixes which you can help the customer with on the phone, known as a phone fix which you get an extra bonus for each phone fix you do on top of your salary.
Cons
Management isn’t supportive, they don’t care about your well being and will leave you to suffer on your own and deal with things.
