Pros

You meet some nice people, dress down Fridays, you have the opportunity of winning prizes during the week. Good bonus earning.

Cons

Management in Stretford lacked skills. They had favourites and felt like you were disturbing them when you asked them for help (this applies to some of the managers).

Pros

Good Training, lots of support, good pay for call centre work, friendly managers and staff, good facilities for staff and onsite parking

Cons

No bonus when on contract, lots of KPIs to meet which became difficult but definitely not impossible, can be unsociable hours

Pros

Proud position, helping customers in their hr of need, company van uniform / equipment supplied, Excellent professional in house up to date technical training, Company pension. Generous holiday package.

Cons

Non uniform Shift work patterns, varying start / finish times, earlies, lates, weekends, bank holidays, all weather conditions, would not recommend to Family person. Too much pressure to sell customers memberships and parts !
