Since joining the business I have found it is a very enjoyable place to work. The staff within the business are very supportive, hard working and friendly. People say the best thing about work is the people, this is 100% correct at the RAC. Throughout the pandemic measures have been put in place to ensure everyone in the work place is safe and comfortable. There have been many procedures put in place such as the one way system, mask wearing when away from desks, cleaners are constantly ensuring facilities are clean and sanitised. I would recommend anyone to have a career at the RAC, there are always new and exciting roles available to progress. There is onsite parking available free of charge, good facilities including an onsite canteen. Overall a fantastic place to work, I am very glad I got offered a job here!
Cons
Due to Covid, working in several offices across the department, but of course this is understandable.
