Good group of people to work with and gain good knowledge

manager of the south region takes money from you no room for career progression agency workers are on better rate 22k salary after agency and entitled to the bonus scheme which has more cons than pros you could find yourself on minimum wage for a mistake which is out of your hands if your going to do vehicle inspections for the rac make sure it isnt a bca site based

Some of your colleagues are okay, however, the business tends to promote the wrong type of people. Absolutely dire.

Passive aggressive management Incredibly poor salary for level of responsibility Overworked, underpaid Pushed to the brink of a nervous breakdown, only to be given way too much work to do for shoddy pay.
