Pros

i have worked at RAC for 7 years but the last 6 months in a different role. The one thing you can always guarantee is that everyone is willing to help you, you will never struggle to find someone to support you at all levels in the business. The roles are varied and fast paced which makes the role interesting. Small things matter in RAC, compared to other large companies such as regular recognition from senior management or just saying thank you for a job well done.

Cons

Change happens and you need to adapt. Not a con, but i know change is not for everyone

Pros

Recently joined but a good, positive and welcoming start! A great culture and a very transparent and accessible exec team.

Cons

Nothing major at all. The structure can be slightly complex but plenty of people with long tenure that are able to point you in the right direction.
