Pros

I started in 1997 and haven't looked back. It is a friendly and "one team" environment to work in, where development is encouraged. I have held a number of roles and my career has progressed and has never been boring! I would recommend joining the RAC to anyone!

Cons

There are no downsides to working for the RAC.

Had a issue with my first day where I was told to start at 7am and I was here until mid afternoon until it was realised I started 3-11 other than that no issues
