Pros

the environment at RAC is amazing! all colleagues and managers are fab. A manager is working right next to us and gives us the best support. The whole environment is really positive and the Salford quays office is beautiful . Working with a view, AMAZING!! i have worked many jobs in the past and nothing tops working at RAC manchester, managers and agents all work together as a team to hit our targets. the breaks and lunches are also very generous and there is plenty overtime if you ever wanted to take that up :)

The only con would be having to work some weekends
