      Awful Culture, managed to within an inch of your life, a what have you done for me lately business. Set policies and dont follow them. Fear culture. All about money money money. Extremely negative environment. Poor payers but not the worst. Senior Management are awful and run by fear/demands.

      Been here since June. It's been good so far. It's a really welcoming office full of lovely people. Any managers I've worked under have been great. They're really supportive; there's a big culture around developing you in areas you find tough and making sure you get plenty of constructive feedback. I've never felt like I can't ask a question or get some advice. Training is good, really in-depth and I felt well prepared afterwards (but be ready to learn as you go). The companies got some very nice incentives, overtime options and bonus schemes. if you've done call centre work before, it's a breeze but it could be an adjustment if you haven't done it before. Overall, changing jobs to work at the RAC has been great for me.

      Cons

      I think for most part it'll come down to your own preferences but it might not be the best place to work if you find hitting targets stressful. If you're not receptive to feedback (there will be lots) so you're keeping to the company's standards, then maybe its not for you either. It can get pretty hectic when its busy and things do chop and change overnight so be ready for that.
