A great team who I’ll really miss!
Pros
In my 2 years at the RAC, there has been a huge investment in digital. The team I joined and the digital products themselves are completely unrecognisable from what they were. That’s credit to the digital skillset that now exists at the RAC and how the division has integrated itself at the heart of the business to deliver value to its members. At the RAC you’ll get the opportunity to own and develop products that impact millions of people, and the variety of initiatives is extremely exciting to be a part of! You’ll get great exposure to improve your skillset.
Cons
The RAC are a trade-centric organisation that are very reactive. This makes forward planning very difficult, and customers aren’t always at the heart of decisions. Career progression is limited and not transparent.
