      Pros

      Exciting time to be working for RAC as they push through next stage of growth plans. Lots of opportunities both internally and externally. The culture and people here really make it a great place to work. All colleagues know what the RAC is working towards and understands the value the work adds to the business. There’s an open environment for ideas to be listened to and concerns to be heard and addressed. RAC are always looking for ways to improve and how best to look after colleagues. There’s a clear focus on wellbeing across the business.

      Cons

      It’s very fast paced, and that doesn’t always suit everyone, but you can see the value your work adds to the wider business.
