RAC is exactly what you would expect from a breakdown assistance company - it is a people business, where everyone is passionate about the service it delivers to members. High standards and fast-paced with lots of opportunities for progression for those who are ambitious and hard-working.

Cons

The nature of the business means that things can change very quickly and the pace can sometimes be challenging to keep up with. Although management is aware of this and places emphasis on wellbeing and support to colleagues.

Can earn good money if your willing to sell your soul

Cons

Have to push smr like your life depends on it. Get calls from management if you do hit your “quota” it’s all the company care about as apparently the ceo has invested his own money in it. So us patrols have to make it work for his benefit
