Great people to work with. Flexible working (currently work in a hybrid role). Great support from my managers in terms of home and working life. Plenty of opportunity to develop within my current role.

Cons

I used to work within the contact centre (I now work in a different part of the business) - working in the contact centre, was not ideal for me due to needing a more flexible job due to my home life which this did not offer.

The large volume of work to process means there's no time to get bored, there's always something that can be done. T The team and the work environment are great - Light hearted, fun, collaborative team. While we all attack the workload with 110% effort on the daily, it's never a stressed out atmosphere with the team we ensure to make a joke to keep up morale.

Cons

Workload can sometimes feel unmanageable due to sheer volume but once we keep the right mindset, the time flies by and when we all work together we get through much quicker than expected.
