RAC can be a very fast paced and reactive organisation - although this means there are plenty of challenges and opportunity for the pros listed above, it can make things tough - with that in mind, there is a load of wellbeing support in place if it's needed.

Cons

Pay isn't great. Really high expectations, and you can feel a lot of pressure.
