Great fit for anyone motivated by a challenging high reward environment Very approachable and accessible senior and exec team who regularly engage with colleagues and welcome ideas and involvement in open forums or 121. Great apprentice programme. The perfect place for anyone personally driven by a core value of genuinely helping others (Customers/Members) when they need it most. A company that genuinely recognises effort, honest feedback and the desire to deliver for the business and its customers/members.

Strong company to work for, lots of development and progression opportunities, a great growth track record and therefore bonus track record. High levels of autonomy in my day to day role but with a supportive management team.

Cons

Fast paced and high pressure environment which is great if you thrive in that type of business but won't suit everyone.
