Trainings without any practice. The first tree months of training become long because there is too much to read and watch but nothing (or less) to practise with. Learning procese could improve.

Company is good. Nice environment. Was better when half office and half home based since you could create and build better relantionships. Salary is good, and they adjust based on inflation constantly which is not common. All equipment is provided. The qork is very dynamic, not monotonous at all which makes is challenging in a positive way If you hace a good manager your given opportunities to grow and build a nice career

Cons

This industry is very demanding and stressing and it’s hard to put boundaries to balance well your personall-professional life. But this is mainly depending on each person. The environment is very fast paced. New hires are extremely poorly trained for the SM position so no one really has all the tools and if your mentor is pretty new or inexperienced then you will be very poorly guided. People leave the company in this cycles that makes specially newer people think on why and be afraid
