Pros

Exposure to potential full time employers. Lots of varying events and venues but almost ALL jobs are simply banquet serving/bartending overall unless your a laborer even then youll be set up/breakdown mostly for those events. You meet a lot of people. Pay is 'as to be expected' working off an app but it's side cash and seems to average at 100 bucks per FULL day.

Cons

Unreliable work. Pay is low. You don't have reliable contacts to resolve any questions/issues that inevitably arise, as you'll be reporting to unfamiliar places with new people/duties for every job. In this sense, it seems very temporary. Feels like a MANPOWER temp job, primarily because of the qwick app staff not the companies your staffed for. Places very little value on the worker.
