Pros

The shifts, multiple great locations, multiple huge cities from the east to the west, decent pay, events, vendors, pick your own schedule. Lots of good here. Find good shifts where you vibe and everyone likes you. It can be hit and miss till they request you personally. You can see the whole country while picking up shifts to survive.

Cons

The review process can be swayed to easily. With less shifts it goes down to much from one salty manager. The other employees do not like you being there. Personal vendetta in the restaurant industry is the norm now they can affect your life by giving a bad review that you did not deserve.

Cons

App got cancelled for no reason because of Alonzo from Fairmont del Mar. I did a purchasing shift and got sent home after an hour for no reason.
