Top quality work with top quality legal minds; good reputation for post-employment prospects if you can take the horrible working conditions long enough; the compensation is good per year, but not per hour

Cons

Extreme sweatshop; ineffective support staff; no expectation that associates have or should want to have any other interests; the big cases leave little room for interesting work until you get to be more senior; huge egos

Pros

Casual dress, great attorneys, and great culture. The partners and associates are all chill people, and make Quinn a fun place to work.

Cons

New management is slowly sucking the life out of staff, too many new policies that make no sense like how to wear headphones or how long you can be away from your desk, overtime has been cut almost completely and it's difficult to acrue time off.
