Very competitive pay with benefits added for everyone on top, not deducted. Team environment. Hard work is rewarded with raises that compete with job-hopping. Dress Code for people not meeting with clients is effectively the same as high school. Don't be actively inappropriate and you're good.

Cons

Some days are high-stress due to the sometimes chaotic nature of the legal profession.
