They really do throw you in the deep end, but I've also been able to do more than all of my other peers in big law. Would recommend.

2 days work from home. 2 small bonuses a year. No dress code so staff would wear shorts and flip flops.

Cons

Female partners very rude, smile at you as they are putting you down behind your back. Not enough communication. Staff acts as if they are in high school, not very professional. Toxic work environment.
