Cons
you have a time limit with each patient, most times I would feel rushed. not only did I have phlebotomy duties, I also acted as the receptionist / front desk person sometimes and had to perform back-end laboratory work. felt very overworked and overwhelmed because of all the responsibilities within the position, and they were always understaffed and definitely underpaid. had to work early and you had to stay overtime to wrap up everything. are required to work on some weekends
