Management writes vague SOPs so they can blame anything that goes wrong on lab employees. Refuses to clarify in writing unless on Teams, Teams messages disappear after a week. Refuses real training, trainers would rather write SOPs, trainers thought management communicated SOP alterations, but did nothing when notified this was not occuring. OSHA was involved with infectious disease specimen issues, management claimed changed were made, yet no changes were made. Client is always right even when client was wrong. Hiring promises not kept. The list just keeps going. Don't do it unless you're desperate.
