      Gained valuable hands-on experience with a wide variety of patients Worked independently and traveled to different cities (Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon) Improved speed and accuracy in blood and urine collection Built strong communication and customer service skills Paid mileage for all travel Supplies were mailed directly to me, which made the job easier Flexible hours

      Can be isolating working alone with no team interaction Limited opportunities for advancement Some last-minute appointments and cancellations made scheduling unpredictable

      Annual bonuses You get to work alone in your vehicle

      Bad supervisors Pay is no good Benefits cost too much with what you get paid Union dues are getting higher and higher and they don't even help you get a decent raise at all yet they brought up their dues to $77 from $20 and only gave the drivers a $1.50 raise 😡 Company have become extremely strict with everything No room for growth Pay is not worth it to drive to New York City from New Jersey.

      The hours were consistent at least

      Cons

      Poor management, staff is incredibly cliquey, new hires will be bullied by current staff, no one truly has your back. There is NO HR DEPARTMENT and if any of the staff caught wind you tried to file a complaint, you would be bullied for it. So, if you have a work complaint suck it up.
