      -your work reflects you only. -the job itself is enjoyable. -it keeps your mind sharp because testing requirements are constantly changing.

      Cons

      -I spent 1.5 years trying to get a hostile work environment handled and management and leads are cliquey and cover stuff up. Not all management but my management. -Borderline retaliation experienced first hand.
