Despite my explicit request for confidentiality, this information was spread among my former coworkers. This breach of privacy occurred after my departure but still left me feeling exposed and disrespected. It was a violation of my trust that affected me personally and emotionally. Mental Strain: The constant gossip and disregard for personal boundaries were mentally exhausting and contributed to a negative work experience that I couldn’t sustain.
