      Benefits are good and so chance to grow

      Quality of HR and benefits not as good in other international sites. All decisions are taken in SD and best work is kept there.

      Work is ok, life is ok, ppl are ok. benefits are good vacation time is fine. cubicle is nice. SAn Diego is nice.

      Cons

      HR sucks, doesnt know what to do. PPl are not very friendy. Not good work. does not want to implement new ideas.
