Pros

Great cash flows, stability, royalties outlook. Good learning opportunities and given the right manager, you have no issues in getting time off when needed. Amazing benefits.

Cons

Low comparative salaries. Apathetic management and company has become very top heavy. Even directors do day to day jobs.

Best benefits, perks and cutting edge technologies. Lots of travel and exposure to different technologies. Amazing BREW conference. Great location for HQ. Great long term benefits.

Cons

Avg lower pay, Avg lower bonus factoring the city that the company is situated in. Overall environment not suited for short term.
