      - Location - Bleeding edge technology - Excellent benefits package - Extremely smart and hardworking coworkers and managers - Excellent work/life balance

      Cons

      - Pay is a little less than comparable jobs in the sector - Management's direction regarding new products/projects is sometimes a little hazy

      - Trainings ( but you may not have time for them at all) - Good benefit - Job security - Good start for the fresh graduates

      Cons

      - No management support . You need to drive/figure out/push around solely by yourself. Management is doing nothing but taking credits. No 1on1 meeting from the direct manager for half a year. - Non-realistic deadlines - Long long hours. 60 hours per week is nothing, and you are not appreciated. You'd better working 24/7. - No life. You are supposed to be a machine, not a human being. - Does not have collaborative culture. - If your project lead is from another team, you are always the scapegoat for project being behind the schedule even if they were behind far before you joined in.

      Pros

      Very good benefits. If you travel international, you get business class and 5 star hotel. There were not a lot work in the department I worked.

      Cons

      I didn't learn much over there.
