Pros

Colleagues are helpful. I'm working in the Post-Si DDR Bringup Team and this is the case in this team atleast.

Cons

No Work life balance. They expect you to work for more than 10 hours everyday. If you are involved in a project on which the San Diego engineers are also working, then you'll need to work during your office hours and also be available during their office hours i.e. our night time. Hectic project schedule also means that you need to close on technical issues immediately and don't get any time to investigate these issues in-depth to increase your technical knowledge. Overall, forget about having a healthy and balanced lifestyle if you're working in this company.
