- Technology stack is either very elementary or completely outdated. - Business growth areas have become increasingly limited. Besides indexing, and a matured equity portfolio optimizer product, MAC offerings have not gained much traction. - Questionable decision makings at the higher up post merger. The company is filled with more managers than doers. Staff turnover is high. - Career progression is low and getting promotion here is basically a dog fight.
