Qontigo is a growing company with excellent opportunities for development both within Switzerland and Globally. The company pays well and has excellent benefits It has a very good ,friendly, focused and inclusive company culture. Local and Global senior management are very accessible

There is plenty of room to grow and managers are willing to give you the opportunity to succeed on new roles.

Cons

Many changes and moving pieces at the same time. There is no balance between work and personal life due to the pandemic.
