Pros
Able to travel and visit unusual countries that you’ll probably only dreamed of. Also, if you’re responsible, this a great opportunity for you to save as everything is being provided by the company except for your personal meal and internet (which is affordable)
Cons
At the time, the previous CEO was operating off fear based approach and as such this affected the employees productivity level as well as it was mentally draining. I do understand that rules are made to maintain standards in a company, but some were imposing on your personal life/ privacy and felt like a child rather than an adult.
