Pros

You would assume you had great benefits like flight discounts, but you would never be able to actually book a confirmed ticket, and even if you did you could always get offloaded any minute

Cons

Unfortunately the slave mentality is widespread in the company, people are so afraid to even call sick because they’re worried of termination. Management encourages this type of fear to keep employees in check.

Horrible culture in the office where all the senior positions are actually filled by individuals that knows far less than his own team members and consequently trying to steal others ideas or suggestions.
