Good for entry-level professionals who has no/little experience. Great place to learn and experience different roles.

Cons

Tend to pay lower than the market. Outside of the corporate, the ideas, needs for resources and information of the local company is not coummunicated very smoothly to show a one QAD.

If you are workjng in Service Delivery Maintenance it is more and more work and forget about work life balance. People are loaded with work and it is increasing day by day. No personal life. They want only work. No care no thinking about employees. They do lot of advertisement that we care a lot about our employees. But they do not even provide internet and telephone expenses when everyone is forced to work from home due to covid from last one year. Other Software companies provide Internet/telephone and help to setup home office for working from home. So that employees can work properly.
