      Pros

      Work from home the standard for who it suits. So much change that there is a good chance to progress for those who stick it out.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Difficult non team players are tolerated and rewarded if they are good. High pressure to deliver. Average salary. Aging tech stack. Limited training opportunities. Constant change and bad communication from management.

      Great people, great team culture, diverse groups, always challenging tasks, after the pandemic adopted the home office culture, great health plan

      Pays below average, promotions are scarse
