      Pros

      It is great place to work especially for remote lovers. Upper level management are good. People are helping each other.

      Cons

      Work load is high. Night shift resource consider to be rotated. HR need to take a employee in a discussion before reviewing TL comments blindly.

      It all went downhill after being acquired, with the focus only on EBITDA giving the impression that the people who work(ed) there no longer mattered the same way they did before
