      Work-life balance is good. Upgrading skills is also positive. Good management. Teammates are also good. Good reputation. Innovation and technology. Talented workforce.

      Pros

      1. The best thing about working in QAD is the people. So mature and understanding. 2. No matter what level you are in, your voice is heard and your opinion is taken into consideration, respect all around. 3. Work-life balance is great here. Managers understand and allow you to take most of the decisions which is very rare. 4. Fully Remote.

      Cons

      1. There could have been different categorization of leaves except for only one type of annual leave but that isn't much of a con, its just a matter of change. 2. Hikes / salary raise could have been better.

      Pros

      - This company really cares about people and life-work balance. - Remote first. - Good, healthy culture. - Teams have each others back. - The cultural diversity makes it fun and interesting. - You can learn a lot by working in a variety of interesting projects.

      Cons

      The Global structure and the reorgs that the company goes through from time to time require adaptability and flexibility so if you struggle with those skills, you might not enjoy the experience so much.
