      They lay off employees, after miss guiding you all with code of conduct & later blame you for same.

      The diversity of data science subjects on offer The possibility to built statistical models for all sorts of topics : predictive maintenance, inventory optimization, process mining, outlier detection, error rate reduction, employee engagement, and so on

      Cons

      Coming from a start up environment, the sometimes long-windedness which is par for the course in all big structures
