QAD is very dynamic and growing company. There are plenty of opportunities to learn. The company culture is strong and helps managers and employees to have positive working experience.

Cons

The extensive use of google instead of windows is sometimes a bit challenging, specially when we are all working from home and you cannot steal good tips from your colleagues by looking over their shoulders.

Thanks for letting us know your feedback. I am not sure how long ago you worked at QAD but what I am finding is that here is a lot of good communication from leadership and the company's focus on employee safety and experience during COVID has been top notch.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful when needed

Cons

There is so much proprietary software and things to learn. No issue is exactly the same. Training is non-existent due to the variance of the work in question. Expect to be putting in hours past your time to get stuff done.
