      Old Technology, Less Career Growth.

      Pros

      1. Most of the people are good in behavior except some TL's 2. No salary cut during covid-19. 3. Quarter parties are good.

      Cons

      1. Old Technology, No career growth. 2. TL does not lead by example. 3. After acquired by Thoma Bravo, Lots of layoff happening. 4. No support during covid-19 apart from vaccination. 5. HR Business Representative is unprofessional and does not reply to mails for months. 6. No work life balance in T3.

      Thank you for your work at QAD for over 6 years. We really appreciate it and I hope you have found a great new opportunity in your current career move. I will share this with our HR team so that we can review and improve. Many of our employees in Mumbai started as interns and have advanced to senior positions and leadership positions. We see a lot of career advancement and am sorry that you did not find this. We will review the T3 area and where we can improve and better communicate how to advance.

      Thanks for your note! We did make some cuts in parts of the world and while we are hiring quite a bit Mexico, we are also hiring throughout the globe in all regions. We joined with Thoma Bravo for there expertise and their guidance in helping us evolve to a stronger better software company. They are providing a lot of investment and resources that are helping us make great strides and things will improve.
