Pros

1. Remote work for US 2. New laptop every 3 years

Cons

1. No merit increases (last one was in 2024). QAD told employees that there were no increases in 2025 so they could reach a certain EBITDA and people would get their bonuses. 2. Leadership thinks in short term only - they do not think of long-term impacts of their decisions. Such as laying people off to look profitable but then there is no one to work in support.

Job Autonomy, nice co-workers, professional and collaborative environment.

Company is in transition phase because in year 4 of PI acquisition. New CEO is making a lot of changes. Uncertain the direction of the company.
