      Used to be a great company with Pam leadership

      Cons

      It seems new leadership bought doesn't help employees and its customers. the customers are frustrated with their support and hositle like atmosphere in their license model for their on-prem customers and cloud it is very expensive with support all done from offshore so nothing gets done as per SLA. it takes days or weeks to complete a task or follow-up questions or until it is escalated to customer success manager.

      Collaborative & Supportive work culture

      The company fosters a collaborative work culture The management is supportive and makes an effort to connect with employees Managers are usually quite supportive Permanent WFH As a growing company, there is significant scope for innovation and personal career growth

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a legacy mindset which can hamper innovation (not a personal level con but more an org level) Packages, while competitive, could be better
